iOS 6 released today what you need to know

As most of you know by now iOS 6 is released for Apple devices today. A bunch of new features are on the new software and they look interesting. now what is on it and what iDevices can use it? here it is:

Devices:

iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPod Touch (4th Gen), iPad (2 & new/3)

Key Features:

Maps – A Whole new map design built by Apple themselves.

  •  -Turn by turn directions (Only on the 4S and 5)
  •  -Flyover: Beautifully detail of buildings in 3D view (Only on 4S and 5)
  •  -Real-time traffic conditions

Siri* – Ask even more to Siri

  • -Sports Scores and Player Info
  • -Movies ratings, reviews, and upcoming showtimes
  • -Finding restaurants by cuisine, price, location, outdoor seating, or a combination of choices with Yelp integration and reverse a table via OpenTable.

Facebook – Fully integrated in iOS. update status from the Notification Center, share photo straight from the camera roll, like apps and songs and more

Share Photo Stream – Sharing select photos with friends with other iOS 6 devices

FaceTime – Use FaceTime over 3G/4G data** (not available on iPad 2 and 3GS)

Passbook – Store all your tickets, gift cards, passes, and coupons on your iPhone or iPod touch
