Many Xbox Live users are experiencing problems while on their Xbox or the web even. These problems are Cloud Storage saving, purchasing items, access certain pages on the Xbox Website, even and buying microsoft points.
This is a statement on the Xbox Service Status page:
“Users may experience difficulties with the following services:
- Redeeming downloadable items with Microsoft Points, buying additional Microsoft Points, or viewing your points balance
