Samsung has unveiled its next flagship phone, The Galaxy s 4. This new phone will ship to 327 carriers in 55 countries by the end of April in either 3G or 4G models. The screen stands tall at 5 inches using Super AMOLED HD with a rocking 441 pixels per inch (ppi) with a full 1080p resolution running Android 4.2.2. Internal specs are 2GB of RAM, either an Exynos 5 or Snapdragon S4 Pro processor depending on region, an 2,600 mAh removable battery, and 16, 32, 64GB of storage. 802.11ac Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, LTE Cat 3 for 100Mbps download and 50Mbps upload speeds and NFC for connectivity also.
The camera is 13 megapixel on the front and 2 megapixels on the front. One unique feature is called Dual Camera where you can shoot either video or still using both cameras and it will integrate together. You can also use the feature with the company ChatOn video chat using both cameras. Another feature is ‘Sound and Shot’ where record a sound before taking a picture and the sound is added to the picture. Other features like Air Gestures and more are along with the device.
The Galaxy S 4 is a unique yet still familiar look to it but time will tell once April comes. In the US, AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint will carry the device but with no pricing yet but keep it here for more details.
